Little Dress up Shop review and giveaway ends 1/9

I think every little girl loves to dress up. Paige may be a rough and tumble football player but when it comes time to be girly she can tea party and wear heels with the best of them. I wanted their trip to see Disney on Ice to be extra special for them. (read my review HERE)  I decided they were going to dress up like their favorite princesses! I contacted Little Dress up Shop and they were more than happy to supply a Cinderella dress w/gloves for Piper and gave me a great deal on a Snow White dress for Paige plus headbands.

They had a very handsome Prince as their date for the evening our friend Deakon

The dresses are beautiful and well made. The quality is a lot better than the dresses you can buy in

Kmart, Walmart etc.

Piper's dress has pretty sequin trim that she calls her "sparkles"

Once I ironed these dresses with a cool iron they really shined and looked like "real" gowns. I put a white fluffy dress underneath to add some "fluff" to make it even more like a ballgown.

Paige's Snow White dress has a beautiful velvet top and in her words "not itchy at all". A lot of costume dresses are made for looks and not comfort but they did not complain 1 time, which was a big plus. The dress is thin and slightly see through in the yellow portions so I made Paige a layered slip to add fullness and opacity to her dress. (they sell these also on their site) They are perfectly fine for indoor play but because I was taking them out of the house I needed that added bit of coverage for her.

They had a lovely evening and felt very special so a big thank you goes to Little Dress up Shop!
